Jump Off Twitter And Into Parler For Tomorrow’s Free Speech Friday

Twitter continues to escalate its censorship and slanting of all things conservative. Earlier this week, Twitter affixed a warning to a tweet from President Trump announcing that “there will never be an ‘Autonomous Zone’ in Washington, D.C., if I’m your President. If they try they will be met with serious force!” Twitter Safety saw this tweet as a threat of harm against an identifiable group, even though the “identifiable group” consisted of vandals and Trump spoke of enforcing the law.

The same day, Twitter also permanently suspended “Carpe Donktum” supposedly because of repeated copyright violations. Carpe Donktum regularly posts pro-Trump memes that also take aim at corporate media.

His most recent dust up with Twitter followed Trump retweeting a meme Carpe Donktum created to parody CNN’s reporting. The memo portrayed the fake news network showing a truncated video of two young friends to create the impression that a racist white toddler was chasing a terrified black peer.

The Far Right Establishes Autonomous Zone Safe Space App Parler

Twitter will “soon fade into a little cry room for the leftists babies who need a safe space from words,” user Snyderart tweeted Wednesday night amid an exodus of right-wing Twitter users to a competitor social app called Parler. The irony seems lost on him and others. While literally retreating from a dominant public forum, many users seem to believe they are on the offensive against @Jack, founder and CEO of Twitter, and against a conspiracy of anti-conservative bias implemented via shadow bans and rigged algorithms.

Yet here they are announcing their retreat and defeat on the app they claim they intend to abandon.

Some insist that Parler is just a backup for when they are inevitably silenced maliciously for just asking questions or expressing opinions that don’t align with the “Soros agenda.”

This week alone, according to analytics researched by Mediate, around a half a million people have migrated to Parler.

The increase brings the total number of accounts on the platform, which was co-founded in 2018 by John Matze and Jared Thomson, to 1.5 million.

“Parler is a non-biased free speech driven entity. Our goal is to offer the world a platform that protects user’s rights, supports publishers and builds online communities,” the website says of itself.

“Parler aims to empower users to control their social experience. Users can be responsible to engage content as they see fit. We are not regulators. We are not governors. We are a community,” it says.

“Parler accepts your right to express your thoughts, opinions and ideals online. Just like in society, Parler interactions are subject to guidelines; and when you respect them, you are free to participate wholly,” it says.
