He did the crime - he should do the time per the guidelines. Now they are taking another 5 min. break

I feel like this judge is giving a very long apology prior to sentencing him. I've never seen anything like this before.... ahem so yeah - still waiting for the judge to give the fricken sentence.

Rest $120K something and 30 months felony probation but can go anywhere he wants - some "felony" probation that is... :rolleyes:

Hopefully they will show a clip of Jussie jumping up saying he isn't suicidal and that he is innocent.

Pissed we didn't get to see the cuffs go on his hands.

I'll say it. I'm disappointed in the sentence. It was weak. The guidelines call for 1-3 years, and the judge mentioned in his long-winded speech prior to sentencing that he would run those sentences concurrently for the 5 charges although many felt it should be consecutive sentences. He was sentenced way below the guidelines and Juicy's arrogant arse still got up and acted like a complete fool.

I hope like hell his career is OVER!!! BUT I bet it isn't.

The freaking arrogance of proclaiming himself innocent after the judge went through all the FACTS of his game. People like him and his clueless followers(and I am sure there are many) are the reason this country is so eff'ed up.

I thought the sentence was weak, as well. That arrogant little prick had the audacity to act like an ass. If I were the judge, he would've gotten a little more time tacked on for his adolescent display. "I didn't kill myself." I wish the **** you would, bitch boy.

:lol: The judge went out of his way to compliment the wonderful Smollett family during his dissertation and I wonder if he saw the interviews with them after the sentencing...they are as out of touch as Jussie is. Pretty pathetic
