In DC, Baltimore, PG County, maybe even Charles County to name a few..... are Police maintaining files/statistics on WHITE people being stopped for minor traffic violations/ simple arrests?

Certainly news reports say MPDC is "monitoring" out of District drivers for speeding, stop lights... Isnt that profiling???
