Perhaps there are some folks who have been blessed into a small club of scanner monitors, but many of us want to at least know whether or not our situations are being received, and we would (AND THIS IS IMPORTANT) like to know what else our services are dealing with. Please help us with this and be more open about how we can monitor, in a legitimate way, your transmissions. No, I have no quick answer regarding the slime that monitors the same radio channels.

Not sure what you are looking for. Can you be specific - road crew info? What do you mean by our situations are being received? Does not make sense.

I think that we all understand that all are monitoring what we can. Make it available.

You can always buy a scanner, radio shack will program all the area frequencies for you. Anything else you want to listen to can be found on the internet and programed.
