It wouldn't be a stretch for a child that young to go into premature labor.
You know they'll have DNA evidence and any defense attorney, even the most ignorant, will point to the time frame as questionable, so borderline DNA evidence won't fly.

This has nothing to do with his culture. There are plenty of homegrown Amercian pedophiles out there. Sickos come from everywhere. He probably wouldn't have even been caught if this girl had not already started getting her period.
That being said, if DNA proves that baby is his, I think a quick and well aimed bullet is in order. I wouldn't want my tax dollars housing him in jail or to let him run loose in his country of origin to rape more kids.
