Please don't stress of this matter they are good cats and have had a wonderful life with us and we would like to keep those memories.

Dear Friend,

I’m looking for a home for my 3 cats. My Husband and I are getting deployed and are unable to take them with us.

We have had them for 7 years and they are all indoor cats, and do well with dogs if the dog is non dominant and will leave them alone for the most part.

Sophie: is the oldest she is black and white long hair and declawed she is 8 years old she is a very social cat and loves to be patted, and play with.

Frostbite: is the male he is a Gray tiger short hair and with claws, he is 6 years old and loves to play and be patted he thinks he is a hunter and the King of the house but over all, he is a big push over and has a lot to offer.

Aurora: is the sister to Frostbite she is a calico and 6 years old and with double claws. She is the shy one she hides for a good part of the day, she does come out to get brushed and when she thinks she need to be loved too.

I do hope you fine it in your hart and in your home a place for our 3 lovely cats.

For all inquiries please call

I love how none of these people can spell; it's like a kid's lemonade stand and all the 'E's are backwards. lols

Hello to all my Southern Maryland friends,

I am forwarding an e-mail that I received last night from a young woman in our area. She and her military husband are being deployed (out of the country) very soon and have been unable to secure homes for their three indoor cats. If homes are not found by next Thursday, the cats will face being put to death, as local shelters and rescue organizations are full. The attachment contains descriptions and photos of the cats. All have been fixed; one female is declawed, a male and second female (siblings) are NOT declawed. The couple have had the cats for seven years. Sarah’s phone number is listed in the attachment or you may contact her at the following email address: sarahbmcguire@gmail.com

That looks photoshopped. Sounds like a 419 scam to me.

It was scanned down for me to recieve the e-mail. The original was a bitmap flyer and I could not open it with my older microsoft program. Sorry this is just someone transferring in the military to spain and can not take 3 cats with her. All the local shelters have told them they are filled.
Smawl, calvert. etc she was even calling charles/tri county

There is an organization that helps military families with their animals when they are deployed. Can't think of the name right now but heard about when I was at an adoption fair at the Petco in California. I'll try doing a search and see if I can find more information. The lady that told me about is local so may be able to help.

Robin, keep us updated. Did they try Second Hope. I will pass this on to one of my co-workers who fosters cats.

Update

I'm in big thanks to you for finding the place for me I'm going to go forth with them and have the cat in foster care till we get back from Italy.

Thank you very much for all your efforts and finding a temporary home for our cats....

Sincerely
Sarah-

Thank you for your responses, we have helped for the cats to have a good foster life til their family returns to the States.

In My Opinion
what size would they be if you were to make slippers out of them.
it would be a great Christmas gift for someone.
