Does anyone have a good read on what this program does, who it pays out to? Because all this press release says is that they confiscated almost $900 from a crypto-coin company because that company "failed to put safeguards in place to keep users from sending money to terrorist sponsoring countries like Iran". No indication that the service was used for this purpose or was created with the intent to use for this purpose. Sounds like a shakedown to me.
