She's saying that it favors Donald Trump to *not* allow them to interrupt each other. So clearly she was planning on talking over him during his turn. Now she's got nothin' and may have to actually *gulp* debate.

How is it that half the country looks at this doof and goes, "Oh hell yeah, that's who I want running the country"?
