I didn't know where to post this, but she apparently did an interview TODAY in PA! :shocking: I was sitting down to dinner, and here's Brett Baer talking about the interview and showing a soundbite. Wow! Ok. let me hear this!! Can't wait! :jet:

:killingme:killingme :killingme

First, she LOOK AND SOUNDS nervous as sh*t. She is NOT comfortable with this AT ALL.

I swear, first question right out of mouth of the Anchor Brian Taff - "Bringing down prices and making life more affordable for people"

SHE SAID THE SAME THING AS THE STATEMENT IN THE DEBATE. Really??? it's not bringing down prices and making life affordable for someone without children, or if they already own a house...

11 minutes of blathering on and on and on... She can barely breath while she's talking, because she is reciting memorized answers!!! She literally recites over and over the same crap - but when forced to answer something that's not in her memorized list of answers, she rambles on and on. She doesn't look sincere at all. She looks stupid, and awkward.

Come on, I thought the Steve Martin video was funny, dammit! :lmao:

She's trying SO HARD to be relevant with the common, working people. FAIL

What? Can you explain why answering "What are two specific things you would do to lower prices and make things more affordable for people?" with a ramble about where she was brought up and that people took pride in their lawns there is a yawn?

This is the issue that people have. We are left with three possibilities.

1. She doe not have a plan.
2. She has a plan, but its not going to lower prices for anyone.
3. There is a plan, but she cannot properly explain it for some reason.

Is there another reason to not explain what you plan to do when asked that question?

The most sensible way to actually lower prices is to find a way to lower COSTS. And the first way is to find a way to lower energy costs and keep them low.

Market competition will do the rest.

Another of course is best use of automation, because some implementations of automation have not improved productivity.

We need to take a cue from nations that consistently keep prices down while still keeping with our standards with regard to pollution, fair labor etc. (I don’t want to look at countries running sweat shops and dumping waste in the rivers.)

Of course.

She has no clue.

She has no plan. She will do whatever she is told to do, by whoever is running the country while Biden lays on the beach.
This country has been governed by the wizard behind the curtain for the last 4 years, and if Kamala is elected that wizard will continue his 4th. term.

So what examples of those are there?

This whole stinking inflation mess started the day Joe Biden was inaugurated.
When he destroyed our energy independence and went on his lunatic electric car fiasco and started his eco frenzy he abandoned all common sense, and destroyed the economy.

How can anyone deny that.?

The only people who can deny it are the same useful idiots who are posting about how wonderful KH is without any supporting facts and how bad DJT is. She doesn't talk about any plans because she has none. Energy costs underpin everything in our economy. Artificially inflating them by trying to kill fossil fuel energy in order to force us to "green" energy has affected the costs of everything - some things more than others. Finally I believe "green" energy is anything but that. It costs more, is less efficient, damages the environment, etc, etc, etc.

And people swear his actions are the best thing that is happening for the economy.

We have 2 great friends (over 40 years) . We have traveled and vacationed with them since 1986. They are "die in the wool Democrats" and hate Trump. The other night she said it was Trump's fault for allowing a AR-15 to kill the students and teachers in Georgia. I asked her what does AR stand for. She replied "Assault Rifle". I reminder her that I explained to her years ago that AR stands for the company that makes them, Armalite Rifle company - Model 15. She replied she didn't care, it is an automatic rifle and they should be ban. I again told her it is not an automatic rifle but I stopped talking as she was being a true democrat and refused to hear the truth. Sad, but there are still very much our friends. So sometimes cats and dogs can get along... ;-)

We all have at least one friend like that. Nice people with closed minds that do not wish to have their minds broadened.

I had a poster on my bedroom wall in high school. It was a turtle with its "hands" over its ears. The poster read, "I've already made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts."

So sad. If the useful idiots were only making decisions to affect their own lives, then it is their issue. But they could be making decisions that affect us all.
