Eric Adams warns NYC is 'out of room' amid sanctuary struggle: People will soon be 'sleeping on the streets'

'The Sanctuary Trap,' featuring a sit-down between NYC Mayor Eric Adams and FOX anchor Rosanna Scotto, is streaming now on Fox Nation

Mayor Eric Adams stressed with a sense of urgency that New York City has run 'out of room,' as the escalating migrant crisis engulfs not only the Big Apple, but other major cities across the U.S.

"Our hearts are endless, but our resources are not," the NYC mayor recently told Fox Nation. "It's not like New York is not saying we are not a city of immigrants. We are. We have a rich history of immigrants, but we can't take the global problem and it become our problem. That is unfair to New Yorkers, and is unfair to migrants."

Thanks to New York City's sanctuary city policies, Eric Adams faces a predicament – the city is bursting at the seams and is struggling to find places to house everyone yet - thanks to these policies - he is unable to hand migrants who are repeat offenders over to I.C.E.

Thanks to a "right to shelter" rule enacted in the 1980s, he is also legally required to house everyone.

We all know that these "sanctuary cities" that have now seen the errors of their voting ways will reach out to Uncle Sugar and ask for help.

And I hope with all my being that Uncle Sugar responds "Suck it!"

Which is what will happen when congress says no to the begging.
Again - that’s how it works. If the Democrats have Congress - they give it to them. If it’s Republicans - they say no - for good reason - and the press recasts the issue as Republicans being mean or racist and the RINOs capitulate.

Sooner or later - the people the Democrats pander to will realize - they don’t solve problems. They point fingers, beg for votes and half-heartedly throw money their way.

Incorrect! As long as ALL of the people who are in "public office" can personally and financially profit from that office, then they will perpetually appease those who will ensure they remain in that office as long as humanly possible. Thus, those people will continue to support them as long as the favors AND handouts keep coming. Endless circle...

I do think that younger African Americans are beginning to turn on Dems, because they don't recall a time when Democrats actually made good on their promises.

That would have been back when the D’s made a deal with Reagan to close the border in exchange for amnesty for the illegals all ready here. Remember how well that worked.

As long as there is a D in there counting on future votes they have key to the city. Matters not what they do. In a perfect world it would hit home hard against them Suppose fentanyl was crackhead sons drug of choice and he spiked the punch bowl.
