Kelly Engineering Resources??

Has anyone delt with Kelly Engineering Resources before? I placed my resume on Monster and was contacted by them. I will call them later today but looking at their website, it looks like a staffing agency that finds jobs for you. Temp to long term. I will call them and hear what they have to say. I am looking for a change but want to move into a long term position. I been with my company going on 18 years. Decided it is time to test the waters and see what else is out there and at what price they will pay me.

I worked for Kelly at one time. Good for a short time post, or if you know that the client company is looking for a temp-to-hire. (i.e. hire a temp, and if they work out, bring them onboard as a full time employee, otherwise, try again - easier than firing). Very light on benefits and leave however, so look at that as part of an overall package, not just salary...
