Just a few?????????????????? When you were over there, how many public beheadings went on? How many hands were hacked off????? Dozen's? Hundreds?

When I was in Jeddah during GW-I, festivities were held every Friday at city center. Some of our ground-pounders wanted a lookee-see, and went. The locals knew of course they were American, and endured they got front row seats.
They left pretty boisterous and full of themselves. They were very quiet when they returned. And no one from our group went back.

I am slowly coming to grips that we have the gummint we actually want.

I wouldn't mind this if I had somewhere else to go.

Somewhere that freedom and liberty are still things that are cherished, rather than things which have devolved into a punchline.
Where a capitalistic society reigns supreme, where men are rewarded for their smarts, talent and tenacity. And where "Land of Opportunity" is not a corporate logo which sounds good, but ultimately means jack-####.

My ancestors came HERE for that.

I and my children, however, have no such escape. There is no new world. There is nowhere - not one square inch - left on this god damned flying ####ing mudball of a planet that hasn't been conquered and now labors under the subjugation of some socialist, communist, fascist, or other tyrannical unpleasant-ist regime. Nowhere we can go to make something of ourselves on our own merit without working in the arbitrary confines of said regime. The one last outpost has become what it once vilified. And I have no hope that it will ever go back.

This country, which I love, labors under the ever-heavier government which I have grown to hate. And it's still better than the alternatives.

I have lost all hope for humanity.

That. I'm there too.

The only people happy with the America uder this empirical regime are the liberals who evidently never liked the Constitution to begin with.

Now don't get me wrong. Republicans are as guilty as Democrats. Republican politicians more interested in getting re-elected than in preserving our freedoms sat on their asses and let the Democrats run all over them..Piss-poor leadership in the Republican party, and go-along to get-along policy have placed us in this mess.

I no longer believe America can be saved at the ballot box.

This is true. Unfortunately for us, citizens and subjects need to be motivated for rebellion and revolution.

And those things take effort. Even more unfortunately, the populace of this once great nation consists almost entirely of complacent, obese, lazy, TV-hypnotized retards.

More people care about whether Bruce Jenner will have exo versus endo genitals than the fact that they are robbed at gunpoint every week or two, and a sizable portion of that booty is sent to people that hate our ####ing guts with every fiber of their being, and who will most likely use the money we send them against us, if not now, then in a few years from now.

People care more about what color Taylor Swift's underoos are than they do about the fact that every single day their rights are chipped away in ways they can't even begin to fathom.

As long as they can come home and sit on their fat, lazy, conditioned-to-be-controlled asses in front of that television and cram ramen noodles and big-mac's into their slobbering useless suck-holes, they will NEVER be motivated to move against the entity who facilitates their luxury of doing so in comfort.

This is why Rome collapsed.

Cuz he's 4th in line, iirc, to being potus.

And that right there should be enough scare the hell out of people. How the #### the traitor ever made it into this position in our presidential hierarchy is beyond me.

If he won in 04 Pelosi would not have become speaker and Reid would not have become majority leader. In my view. So there is a trade off.

It isn't beyond me. 94 Senators voted to confirm this sorry POS.
IMO the whole bunch are traitors.

my guess would be less than 25% of the population of voting age

..... remember less than half the population votes

of that % ... on each side 30% / 40% vote strictly party lines ... what is left is the actual swing voters that make the choices every election

less than 30% actually supported the 1st revolution
..... 30% supported the KING,
everyone else was a fence rider, waiting to see who would win

I would argue that that is so because reasonable people have come to accept that there is no real difference in the two parties and that partisans of each are too strong to be defeated.
