If this pans out to be true it could be the death knell for Kerry/Edwards. If he is going to put on the persona of decisive, strong leader it does not bode well to roll over to critisism like this. Can you imagine the phone call to North Korea right after they test a nuclear weapon? "Why won't you guys do what we ask?"
