Jillian micheals has a dvd..shred it with weights I think its called with kettlebells. Its pretty good..don't bother with little kettlebells..if you are doing it right your legs and back help lift..not your arms for most exercises..so those 5 to 10 lb ones are useless and will do you 0 good. Have at least a 15lb one to start for most women. And don't forget to increase your weight at reg intervals :buddies:
