Jack Russells RULE!
I have a Keurig Coffee machine. Love it. But today it stopped brewing and it says "PRIME" in the window. What does that mean? I cannot locate my user guide.

I will try the descaling method, hopefully that will work. Worst case I have to call customer service.

I have one of these coffee makers and it stopped brewing full cups of coffee. In researching what to do on the "web", I found that if you take the part of the machine off that holds the water, turn the machine upside down and give it a good "smack", it will usually start working correctly. As strange as it sounds, it did the trick. I "spanked" the coffee maker more than 3 months ago and have not had the problem since!!!
Do you burp it over the sink?

Followed these instructions, combined with the posts here (I even "burped" the machine!) and it works! Evidently there is a little black round magnet in the water reservoir that has to be next to the machine to "read" it, so to speak. But I am now in coffee heaven!
