When you look at those fake plant based "meats", they have an ingredient list a mile long with stuff you can't even pronounce. I'm wondering how we went from "simple natural ingredients" fad to "what the hell even is this?" fad in such a short time period.

If you're a vegetarian there is a ton of stuff you can eat - tasty meals that are good for you. Why would anyone eat this manufactured crap?

Sure, but I still eat vegetables. The trick is to not think of it as a "burger", that way you won't set up a false expectation.

Her specialization was human nutrition.
Dr. Jan counseled; "If you can't pronounce it, don't eat it."
