Kid didn't take meds; has a sword he is threatening father with.
Sheriff deputy asks if anyone on scene has tazer.

Kid off meds...been there done that. Very scary especially when they are threatening to kill themselves. Kid actually called the police because he claimed I was hurting him...not. Police arrived and had him take his meds and all was good. Never had the incident happen again. I hope the kid and family gets the help it needs.

That's why the parents would rather these kids be at school. In California a few years ago a kid brought a sword to school, but was tazered. Could easily happen here. What I fear is if a tazer is not available and another child or adult is at risk, an officer is authorized deadly force to stop deadly force.

Hopefully it had a good ending?

That father has a lot more patience/brains than I do...
Sad that it has come to having to call the police rather than disciplining your own child. Sword and deranged kid though, not a good mix, some teenage kids are pretty damned big.

In the future Daddy needs to make sure Jr. takes his meds. Actually watch him do it, not take his word for it.

children not takeing meds

i have been there done that and with children who want to stop their meds
i have called calverts finest lol and just got my kid a police record parents there is hope out there if i had it to do over i would gone other way not drugs
i did want schools wanted ect and made my son a drug user i belive it led to his crack use 700 dollars habet a day easy but it all ended one day with him getting his life together it took me six years to get him out of school i keeped my feet dug in strong about school he is now an sgt in the us army off all drugs he made a 150 turn around hes getting married to a womderful girl when he comes hom from over seas now i pray every day for a safe returne to his family he was put on drugs from 1st grade on first adhd then as he got older moore drug for moore things depersion to sleep and so on. ill pry for you that you child will some day open their eyes and see as mine did. by the way my son will be 28 this new year with a big life a head of him the world is out there to grab for them all :drummer: hes got more streanth then anyone ive ever known no drug rehab all with will power and just saying NO he says:1bdz:
