Can anyone recommend somewhere in the Owings, Dunkirk, Huntigtown area that gives a good haircut for toddler girls?

I would suggest one of the commercial shops if there are any in the area - such as a Hair Cuttery. They are the cheapest and probably tolerate a young child more than an expensive salon.

I had been taking my kids to the Hair Cuttery in Dunkirk, but have been less than pleased with it. My daughter told the lady what she wanted (long hair, blunt cut, angled bangs, sides have to reach back into a pony tail). She completely cut her bangs straight across and the sides would no longer reach the back for a pony tail. My daughter was very upset (she's 10), as it has taken her awhile to grow her hair out just the way she liked it.

I thought I would give them another shot and just make sure that the same lady did not cut her hair again (my son gets a clipper cut, so he can go to anyone). When I explained what had happened previously (not naming any names), but just to make sure that they cut it properly so that there were not any issues this time, they got very rude and were more concerned with looking up in the computer who did it and assuring me that I could not be correct because that person would never have done that. They argued with me about it for several minutes and were extremely rude about it. If they were not already cutting my kids' hair, I would have walked out. However, I will not go back there again.

It may seem a little dramatic, but after one poor cut and then being treated rudely, I am just prefering to take my business elsewhere.
