Killer too obese for jail?

Put her on a diet. Don't let her eat anything but vegetables, fruit, ect...she can get protein from vitamins...THAT would be true punishment.

It could be a form of punishment, yes. But not enough. If in fact she is found guilty of this, she should serve a life sentence. Boo hoo, her obesity is her life sentence. Which I'm sure will come up. Put her in a big cage, I mean cell, and let her rot there.Put her on a diet. Yep, they can come by and hose her off every few days. Obesity won't be such a problem after a few years on limited prison chow. It sounds as if she battered that poor toddler to death, fell on him my a$$. The mother needs to get some serious jail time too.

Oh, so true. She needs a true punishment...if she gets off for being fat then all someone has to do is gain some major weight and they can get off for any crime...including murder. That is

EVEN if she did fall on him....NOBODY else made her get that weight...sure, some people probably did nothing about it because someone has to get them food at that point...but she could have said at any point she was going to change her life and lose weight. If it comes out that she did in fact fall on him, minimum is negligent homicide and I still say to just put her in a big hole and let her suffer

Kid's mom leaves kid with aunt (illegally I think is what I got from the vid, because aunt isn't supposed to watch the kids or something?) and aunt (almost half a ton) gets angry at kid and beats him to death...but she claims she fell on him or something...forensics says otherwise though (blunt force trama death) but they think that it would take too much effort/funding to get this woman transported to a jail so she sits at home on her ass after committing murder
