Now that's sad! What a scum bag! Poor Norman. I don't understand how anyone can beat up anything (kid, dog, cat, etc.) that is smaller than them and have any kind of conscience.

There should be a death penalty for that kind of stuff too instead of a slap on the wrist. That is awful!
