I don't think she is any of those. Just a person badly wants to fit in hence her political comments,patriotic references etc. She came in,tested the waters and decided to try to assimilate.Only problem is it comes off phony and desperate. I mean imagine all the time she spends looking things up other people here say to sound like she knows anything. I bet she damn near explodes at the first snowflake so she can say "smow".
