Was not under arrest; being interviewed by detective (alone) about murder of an old lady; grabs gun and kills him; jumps out third floor window; captured within the hour.

Oh no doubt they stomped him when they nabbed him, but he could have also been strung out on crack/PCP/something like that, and a 3rd story window, well, maybe that is what did it. :whistle:

I also edited that to say "attempted" killer. I thought I heard the lady died or was in very serious condition, but both articles say "stabbing" and do not mention her condition.

He was also reported as having "some" mental problems. Ummm "some" yeah, I'd say so. :duh:

His mental problem was that his family has convinced him he cannot be held responsible. It's all "the man's" fault, doncha know?
