Kraft low Fat Ranch Dressing

Is pretty damn awesome. I'd been scared to try anything lite or fat free because I got low fat cream cheese months ago and threw the entire package away because it was disgusting. I figured ranch dressing had a pretty strong taste and may be ok lite. I was correct. What else low fat is good? Anyone use low fat mayo? I've recently switched to the olive oil mayo and really like that.

I've tried it, and many of teh other "light" dressings. Just cannot deal with them. They beef up the loss of oil with sugar, salt and garlic and i do not like them at all.

I bought some of that and I thought it tasted awful. The McKay's brand of lite was not bad though.

Sorry Socks, I have to concur that MW is :barf:.

I'm not use to this whole buying lite thing but MK and I both have to watch it these days.

Lite or Fat-Free sour cream is just plain nasty.

A good alternative (calorie-wise) is to use Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream. Greek yogurt is MUCH thicker and richer than ordinary yogurt, and the unflavored version is an excellent stand-in for sour cream....on a potato, in dips, and in desserts, and in homemade salad dressings. For a quick treat, mix in some sugar-free preserves into some Greek yogurt; it's delicious!

Wal-Mart carries Oikos, I know, and Woodburn's and a few other places carries Fage (pronounced Fey-yah).
