I stopped buying them after triing a real fresh one right from the store last summer in Myrtle Beach. Once you've had a freshly made one you don't want anything out of a box Thank goodness there isn't a Krispy Kreme local<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_8_11.gif' alt='Fat Woman 4' border=0></a>

Mine came up with lobster, shrimp, and crab.

I thought it was interesting the way restaurants are changing their menus. We went to Ruby Tuesday's last night and the entire menu now shows calorie counts, net carbs, and grams of fat for each item. I was rather shocked by some of it to be quite honest.

I think Krispy Kreme is right......I used to get a half dozen for the mate and I every Sunday morning---till I started Atkins!

Now we have bacon and eggs...
