It's very hard to ever bet against Kyle.

I did like his "luck" yesterday though.

He has 6 wins in 18 NASCAR (Sprint, Nationwide & Truck) races so far this season. What more is there to say?

Kyle haters, you better get used to seeing that. He's 23 now and he has a total of 48 wins in 3 divisions and he's nowhere near his prime. Kyle's got a lot of years left.

I wonder what his career stats will look like in 15 years.

I think Kyle Busch shut them up when he wrecked Junyer at Richmond... then came back the next week and dominated at Darlington... does his pompous bow.

Last year he said something like "well, now the fans can boo at me in three different states" when he ran 3 races in 3 different states in 2 days.

Capps took Funny Car, beaing both Mike Neff and Robert Hight from JFR and his teammate (Matt Hagan) at DSR in the final.
Tony Shumacher won in Top Fuel.

This is the 2nd consecutive weekend Don Shumacher Racing has had teammates in the finals. This week it was in Funny Car; last week it was in TF.

I was pretty worn out by then. I covered 2 races, plus we had a reporter in Texas for the Spitcup race and add the ARCA race on top of that and I stayed up and watched F1.

I didn't catch that. I saw part of the IRL race but I was more entertained by the ARCA race at Salem (1/2 mile high banked oval). I had all three screens on.

So, that would be:
Friday Night - Potomac Speedway
Saturday - Old Dominion Speedway
Sunday - F1, ARCA, IRL, NASCAR.

This weekend was a ####ing marathon of racing.
