2059: First officers on scene advising all others to slow down. Crowd Dispersing. Advising may have an ATL (Attempt to Locate) on Fox Ridge in the Area of Spring Valley.
Also requesting other officers patrol Patuxent Homes.
2102: Now that police are on the scene tohe story seems to change. People advising no big fight just allot of kids making allot of noise.
2109: Police are positioning two officers each in Spring Valley and Patuxent Homes just to keep a presence.
