The Health Officer in Anne Arundel County says there may be a problem with some at-home covid tests. Dr Nilesh Kalyanaraman said in a statement that some of the 100,000 Flowflex tests they distributed to libraries and other partners are missing English language instructions. Apparently, the rapid tests were intended for distribution in Europe. The
Department of Health is returning the remaining tests to the vendor and expects new ones later this week. The doctor says the test results are valid and there’s no need to take further action. You can get a new test in the coming weeks. More information is available at the website aahealth.org

good job fatman.

So... no one can figure out how to find a kit with English instructions, copy it and distribute or make it available online?

Or if that's copyright infringement, get the manufacturer to print additional copies? All test kits have to be returned?
