As a Catholic, this crap sickens me......no excuses, no apologetics.

...but the truth is the majority of these crimes were committed by homosexual predator Priests. The vast majority of the victims were sexually mature young men not children... but the media doesn't want to expose that.
These #######s have done more to hurt the Roman Catholic Church than all of the Renaissance Popes combined. I grew up involved in the Church and all my male friends and I never had any issues.
.....but now it is mainstream to let gay men get involved with your sons. The Catholic Church has stopped it, way too late, but why are the Boy Scouts letting it happen? History is a funny thing.....

As a non-catholic, it sickens me as well. All your points are valid, and it is not limited by any means to the RCC. Human nature has been reprobate for thousands of years, all for a taste of a piece of forbidden fruit.

What I find more abhorring was the cover up. Pedo priests got moved to new churches without informing anyone. This allowed them to molest mor kids. This isn't about sin or right & wrong. This is about money.

My point is they were not pedo Priests, but homosexual predator Priests....big difference but same abhoral results .....

Most of the cases were with preteens. Pedophilia criteria is a victim aged 13 or under.

I'm not going to get into that debate.....you have your facts...I have mine. My facts say sexually mature young men. It's still terrible....

Wiki is not the best...none of your links prove that...
