The sheer shock and horror!!!! Some entity is suing the GSA for toxins in cookies they sell!!!!!! Those little tarts!!!!

Well, I am suing the Boy Scouts, sorry, Scouts of America, (we must be inclusive), for the assault and battery of thousands of elderly birthers by helping them cross the street!!! AND may I add, the frustration of countless people failing to start a fire by rubbing two sticks together....

ALSO:
Just the other day somebody on Social Media was having a temper tantrum about heavy traffic on Route 4, during the afternoon rush hour, blurting, "thanks alot TRUMP!!!"

Toxins in GS cookies?? The hell you say!

GS cookies aren't as good as I remember them being. It might be that I eat clean whole foods for the most part and can taste chemicals now. I bought two boxes of Thin Mints from the kid in front of Fresh Market and they tasted like floor cleaner.

I was one of those people who was actually more productive at home than in the office. My work day spanned from about 06:00 - about 20:00 at night. Yes, there were things to do throughout the day, but when I needed to focus, there were no interruptions, and I got sh*t done.

Yeah, I know there are people who don't work well on their own. Supervisors can be among the worst offenders for that. Too many of them slow things down with constant micromanagement and un-asked for "help." One of them would even take over projects if he thought you weren't moving fast enough to suit him.

Among the rare ones were two of the best bosses I ever had were retired Marines. They both expected their people to do the work; to provide periodic updates on progress; to let them know if they needed help in any way.

One of them (male) was a work-a-holic. I was in at OMG-thirty, but he put in way more hours than I did, plus he had to deal with his overhead (CoC), and far more meetings than I had to worry about. He never expected anyone to work the way he worked. It was never directly or indirectly even hinted at that his people work as hard as he did.

The other one (female) was no such thing. I'm pretty sure she only came to work to make money so she could travel. I don't think she worked any less hard than he did. In some ways, I think she was more efficient at what she did. But she was the same way in that she expected people to do the work, report in, and let her know if they needed help.
