I need a recommendation for a good lawyer/law firm who has experience in real estate issues. No - I'm not moving again!! I need someone who's down to earth and will be happy to take on a smaller scale case. Any recommendations? I'm flipping through the phone book now.

Not sure what you want, but for both houses I've always gone to Tom Pelagatti.

Janice L. Briscoe. She's at Exploration Drive right in Lex Park. 301-862-4400. I've gone through 5 real estate closings without an agent, just using her as my lawyer. They've all gone smooth, no surprises at the last minute...If you know or used Sam Baldwin for other legal matters, that's her husband.
