Lens ?? for Canon

Animal Poor!
Ok I have a Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM Zoom Lens that I absolutely LOVE.. but it only fits on my XTI and not on my 5D Mark II. I need to replace it with an EF mount that I can use for both cameras.

I have tried to find something close and have come up with 3 choices. Have any of you Canon shooters used any of these lens and can give an opinion?

I recently purchased the 24-70 and am very happy with it so far. Very sharp! The only complaint i have read on this lens is it's weight. It is heavy but it doesn't really bother me. Having 2.8 is worth the weight.

I'll make you a deal on a mint 28-135mm 3.5-5.6 IS!

I normally have a EFS 17-85 IS lens but it's nice to have a telephoto as well.

EF 70-200 2.8 IS USM L. Really nice telephoto lens. It's kind of heavy at times though.
