Well, it appears old Will here, the son of an African, a bi-racial community activist, pretty smart feller by his accounts is following in the footsteps of another African, but raised white in affluent Montgomery County Murlin. Pay attention!!!
Will will be introducing a new set of guidelines for the defunded Polices' in Murlin that FORBIDS THEM from making routine traffic stops for 1) licensing and registration infractions, 2) certificate of title violations, 3) displaying obstructive decals on windows, including tinting, 4) faulty equipment such as tailights, headlights, heck maybe even flat tires (and anti-Harris Biden decals)...
AND should an officer violate this policy, that officer will be subjected to investigation and punitive damages.
This could carry over to other Counties.
Makes me think...... hey look, in Charles County, those boys arrest lots of handgun carrying felons, right? Quickly, they are released if they promise to be good boys and girls, right? So, Will, wanna address that....
