Seriously...we need thousands of Sheriffs, who pledge to uphold the Constitution and PREVENT the 1 AM walk out of poll counters...as well as the 3 AM delivery of votes out of trunks of cars & backs of vans.
2020 was stolen right in front of our eyes...and we never had justice,...just a documentary.

And this is the thing I most fear - because every outlet for months - even from the Democratic side - shows that yes, there will be a Red Wave, and their best chance is to survive it and minimize it -- but what I fear is that Democrats HAVE successfully navigated the process of wide spread cheating, especially in the largest cities in otherwise red states. I DO think that yes, there will be massive cheating, and it will happen in the Democratic stronghold cities -

And it will be enough to win governor and Senate races.

I will be so glad to be proven wrong - but I think Fetterman will win because of it. Warnock will win, because of it. Kelly will win because of it.

THAT will keep the Senate. There is no statistical, polling or historical support for the GOP to NOT take the House. Even Nate Silver - who's typically VERY left leaning - says it's all over but the crying.

Me? I think if there's no significant cheating - you're going to see a Red Tsunami as GOP and independent voters express their outrage over everything from pandemic authoritarianism to incredible ineptitude in Washington, especially when they place ideology over any sense of pragmatism.

But I don't think that will be the case. The "this is the end of democracy" crap they're spewing - some of them believe it. They're ok with cheating. They do believe the future of the nation is in jeopardy, and voters are too dumb to know better.

BTW - early voting has historically tended to favor Democrats. I have no idea why that is the case. I've heard conjectures that say that Republicans don't trust mail-in voting because they think it is corrupt. I know that in the case of my younger sister, HER mail-in ballot was returned because it said she had already voted.

But early voting isn't mail-in voting. *I* voted early last time, but that was largely because I worried that in person voting on Election Day would be an extremely long affair as - IIRC - there were fewer places to vote in person.

It does bother me however that some states ARE seeing huge waves of early voting.

Of course they believe it - they're the ones cheating and doing it. The end of democracy is them fudging the votes and installing regime puppets against the will of We the People. Just like they did with Joe Biden.

I don't care what anyone says, Joe ****ing Biden DID NOT get 81 million votes. That's too ridiculous to even consider. Anyone who believes he won fair and square is either a corrupt POS or too stupid to be allowed to vote.

Never EVER forget: Democrats telegraph their intent by accusing the Republicans of doing what they themselves are doing. I have no idea why we allowed this Biden bullshit to stand. But we did, and they saw that, so all those Red wave predictions are bullshit. They already cheated and stole an election, and got away with it scot free, so what's to stop them from doing it again?
