I have been eating cereal for dinner, lunch, breakfast, or as a snack since solid food replaced breast milk for me. I am a healthy 70.

One of many! I don't eat the sugary stuff and I don't put sugar on my cereals so I guess they are healthy. I think the opposition is focusing on the sugar laden kids stuff.
Pretty much the same, but I do have a weakness for Golden Grahams. That being said, I cannot remember the last time I had some.

I spent $212.00 at BJ's yesterday. No coffee, only 2 boxes of Atkins protein drinks (enough for 30 days), 3 boxes of Atkins low or zero sugar snack bars, some wash cloths and a few other odds and ends. The cart was nowhere near full, and yet, over $200.00.

Also, I don't eat a lot of cereal, but Wheaties and Shredded Wheat (near zero sugar) is still $6-8 a box.

I don't eat much cereal just sometimes for Breakfast, however if there is ever a cereal with meat in it I might give it a try. I need meat for dinner or seafood.
