What is happening today at the southern border is many magnitudes greater than what happened over 40 years ago. Will the US ever learn it's lessons when it comes to helping others at the expense of it's citizens?

I'm telling you, these people (Democrat politicians and a handful of Republicans) make money off the cartels and the drug trade. That's why they want to make it easier for them to gain entrance to peddle their wares, and don't punish drug people who get busted.

That's not a conspiracy theory - that is the only thing that makes perfect sense. I'll bet you any amount of money that Joe Biden (and all of them) are directly receiving money from the drug trade. They don't want to stop that, they want to encourage it.

I'm betting there is a way to impeach for the sole reason of not enforcing, actually ignoring, actually and willfully breaking, current federal laws, that he swore to uphold. Aiding and abetting illegal immigration persons. Transporting those illegal immigrants illegally to locations across this Nation. Dereliction of duty. And I'm sure other way more impeachable offences.

You are not talking impeachment or removal by the Senate. That horse has not only left the barn but is in another county never coming back. Trump has taught us that.

You are talking criminally breaking federal law, and being marched out of the Oval Office in silver bracelets.
