I don't know anything about the place except, if the people who own it now were making money they would keep it.
If they want to unload it there has to be a reason.
Buying it without knowing the reason is not a smart idea, and what the hell does a city do with a losing arena.


Maybe fill it with illegals who need a place to sleep.
