Pepco, (Exelon) field technicians had a "stand down" day today. It appears two or three local unrepresented, undeserved, non-birthing people were driving on Branch & Naylor Roads and were agitated by a Pepco service truck. Well, as most of us would do, they cut the truck off, caused a collision, beat the snot out of the service man, sliced all four tires of the vehicle.

They were arrested.

I would not expect to see this on any news unless the driver was black and the attackers were white.
