Let's talk hair glaze

I'm finding the salons in St. Mary's & Calvert either use Paul Mitchell or Redken glaze. Which do you think is a better product (I get dark, warm-toned brunette)? Do you know of any salons that use another brand? :buddies:

mv = margaritaville
I have always used the Redken (that's what the salon carries), I am not sure I would know what the difference is...

An extra "needed service" some salons push on you.

Kind of like a hot wax at a drive through carwash? :killingme

I do enjoy going to visit my sister. She must have 100 different hair care bottles/solutions in her 200 sq/ft. bathroom. I read them all and then usually use the Suave I brought along with me.

I love Suave! It's pretty much all I purchase these days. It works great and smells good. Though I do mix up the types and scents.

Going into her bathroom is like walking into a salon. If I try something and like it, she makes me take it. Says she has no idea why she ever bought it in the first place. :lol:

When she visits me, she doesn't bring anything and enjoys the Suave.

I want to save my money for retirement.

I could be talked into a professional pedi, that's about it.

Try Platinum salon in St. Marys. They are wonderful there. They use joico color. The owner did my hair. Plus they are not expensive. She did my highlihts and my glaze was free. I had my first appointment there and she has a private room for everything. The shampoo room was so tranquil. I was completely impressed with the staff from how nice they were to how they kept everything so clean with how busy they were. All I can say is WOW, wonderful place.
