“You remember, the National Archives decided on its own to respond to Donald Trump days after the FBI search of his Mar-a-Lago home for classified documents,” Levin said before reading off a NARA statement from August 12 that asserted they, “assumed exclusive legal and physical custody of Obama Presidential records when President Barack Obama left office in 2017, in accordance with the Presidential Records Act (PRA). NARA moved approximately 30 million pages of unclassified records to a NARA facility in the Chicago area where they are maintained exclusively by NARA.”

Levin paired that statement with the reality that classified documents from the Obama era have now been located in multiple locations and asserted, “These records that Biden has are Obama administration records. The National Archives lied through its teeth or it hasn’t kept track of all the classified material, but it felt it necessary, after making a referral against Donald Trump to the Department of Justice…to speak out, to intercede without solicitation, and to say Obama was perfect.”

“And that’s a lie,” he repeated, “because in at least three locations, Obama records were found.”

As he continued, the host was clear he wasn’t ascribing intent and said, “I don’t know if they were purloined, accidentally removed or what. They were found at the Biden Penn Center for God knows what. They were found in the Biden garage in Wilmington and apparently another room in his house.”

This on its face should be alarming to even the most partisan American.

Were I to be in possession of even one page of classified information, I would almost certainly go to jail - I mean, as I understand it, our nuclear secrets can be on one page. It's not the volume that counts, but the content that matters.

Personally - I believe Trump declassified documents which were to be used as a defense against the assaults of the left - and kept them, because he believed he had the legal right to have them, and resisted relinquishing them just as easily as you or I would resist releasing intimate pictures of you and your wife. And that's because no matter how much DOJ wants them, they never have the right to take them.

Personally - I think Biden had documents which were useful to either his or his son's dealings with foreign "agents" (used in the sense of people working on behalf of foreign governments, and not "spies"). Why would I think that? Because they weren't the slightest bit secured, they weren't "checked out" by Archives, and there's no record of who was able to access them. Why would you keep something as valuable as classified documents and keep them IN YOUR GARAGE? Or your BEACH HOUSE? Either you're a bumbling first rate idiot - and I am certainly not ruling that out - or you want to hide what you're doing with them.

On the other hand ---

It's the manner in which this is all coming to light, and its timing which to me, is the most telling.
Six plus years have transpired, and heretofore UNKNOWN documents are suddenly seeing the light of day - thick and fast, day by day. Someone - perhaps a LOT of someones - KNEW about them all along. SOMEHOW this whole series of events is either being used to forestall Biden's entry into the 2024 election - or meant to divert attention from the eventual investigation into his misdealings with Ukraine and China. What better way to sanitize a crime scene than to pour lawyers onto his every home and office and scour for "classified documents" when in fact what they are really doing is wiping out evidence?

They're too easily on board with it NOT to realize, the "scandal" is cover for his other dealings.

During Biden's term as vice president that office was for sale.
I might add that when Obama went in the White House he wasn't near as rich as when he came out. The Presidency itself was for sale.
