I went once (Mitchellville, MD) and it was pretty good. It's they serve you buffet style or you can dine in Southern cuisine. I had chitterlings. Very, very spicy. Potato salad, sweet potatoes, mac n cheese nor greens were too my liking. Only been once, may go when Clinton location opens. We shall see.

The sausage in casings is a lot different than eating the pig's feet, and the stomach lining/intestines by itself. IMO

I haven't had chitlins but the intestine makes the best casing/sausage...IMO.

I ate the jellied pigs feet at the 7-11 to gross out my friends. It worked.

Black-eyed peas and pretty much everything else on the menu has me wanting a tasting and "I DARE YOU" party.

I said the sausage inside the casing was good. I just see no reason to eat the casing alone. :blech:

I've been to the Levi's Soul Food up near M Street and all I can say is yummy yummy yummy.
