Can't "take out the sat", the Starlink constellation just launched the set that brought them to 5,000 sats. This site shows them all real time. Note at least one set that are all in a row and close. That would be the latest set, the stay in a train while they use onboard ion thrusters to raise from checkout altitude where bad ones can be deorbited easily to final altitude.

So the media hot take is that he "shut down" Starlink to prevent this attack. Seems its a bit different. Ukraine asked for SpaceX to enable coverage over an area that Starlink had never previously covered. If you go back to that map and zoom in, you will see hexagons. Those indicate coverage areas. So there was no coverage there, and Ukraine asked for it to enable the attack.
