Of course it's click bait. It should have read "...Arrested AFTER Stopping Mass Shooter."

A gun owner licensed in Virginia was arrested in Maryland after stopping a potential mass shooter. Why was he arrested? Why didn't the new NYSRPA v. Bruen standard protect him? Why does the "justice" system continue to punish responsible, licensed gun owners, even when they stop a mass shooter?
