Lie detector sets off Omarosa's flee detector

Omarosa continues to lose friends and alienate people.

The much-loathed reject from “The Apprentice” was scheduled to appear on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last week, but refused to go on air when she saw a lie detector test backstage.

“The lie-detector test wasn’t even for her,” a spokeswoman for the show told the Scoop. “It was intended for Jimmy’s Uncle Frank [a regular character on the show], but when Omarosa saw it, she just freaked.” Some fellow contestants have accused Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth of lying when she said one of them used the N-word. “We tried and tried to calm her down, but she just kept saying ‘I’m not going on stage with that lie detector test’ then she just walked out. It could have been a problem because we’re a live show. Luckily, Camryn Manheim [of ‘The Practice’] was also a guest, and so she just stayed on a while longer and cracked jokes.”

I've been convinced that the producers of "The Apprentice" recruited her to be the show's villain. They probably knew her personality and her checkered employment history.

Remember how she came back as part of Kwame's team? I suspect the show make a separate deal with her to come back after being fired, just to make the finale more interesting.

I don't blame the producers--they're only trying to make good television. We all know that the concept of "reality" television is suspect, but we are still entertained.

But I certainly do blame Omarosa. If I were a black woman, I would grab her by the hair and say, "What the hell's the matter with you? When you scream 'Racism!' every time things don't go your way, you just confirm the stereotype of black women as angry, biatchy and deceitful."

I watched all of "The Apprentice" including the final where she was the major factor for Kwame not winning according to The Donald. She set him up and LIED about having done some things assigned to her. She LIED throughout the competition, especially about someone calling her a racist name. She LIED about her jobs and neglected to tell she was fired 4 times...from the federal government.

Yeah, she SHOULD fear a lie detector test. :lmao:

That's why I don't think it was Kwame's decision to have her on his team. If I were him, I would have said no way in hell would she work for me.

Sorry, but he PICKED her to be on his team. She wasn't the last one chosen, so he wasn't stuck with her. Or are you saying their teams were already decided for them and the "picking" was just a show? :confused:

That's exactly what I'm saying. I've seen Survivor twice, and the "voting out of the tribe" bit and the alliance-forming always seems too orchestrated to me.

I wondered about that myself, especially since they chose the same people for their teams, even though those team members were responsible for some of their losses. I would have picked Heidi over Omarosa in a heartbeat. I was actually stunned that Omarosa was NOT picked last.

Nah. We didn't have cable for four years. That's because we asked GMP the cost for running service down our long driveway, and they wanted our first-born male child as payment. We got satellite a few weeks ago, and my wife likes the reality shows and the Trading Spaces-type shows. My viewing habits are still stuck in the '80s and early '90s--I watch reruns of Letterman's NBC show, Star Trek TNG and Seinfeld.
