I was wondering if there's any other listing places to put an ad up in other than somd.com that people would look at. It's kind of hard to find places that would be relevant... my friend and I are trying to get violining gigs this summer, and we don't know where all the wedding people or restaurant owners and things like that look. Any ideas?

Yes go to somdweddings.com. They are a lot like this site but specialize in weddings and events.
