They don't give them away anymore, but the meat guy at the farmers market south of the base usually has them fairly cheap.

Just fyi, it doesn't correct in the title in the original post (mainstream), but no biggy. I thought it was a cute typo. I have seen some beef bones packaged at Giant before for cheap. So, is that how you make your beef stock. I have never done that. I have only made chicken stock. Thanks for the new option idea!
