I have been doing support services on the side for a small business in Charles County for a few years. They recently ran into a major crisis where some malware got into one of the systems and crippled their operations for about a week. I unfortunately was not available to assist them immediately since I work full time and up until this incident any issues could wait until I had time to assist them. I was able to talk someone through fixing it finally over the phone but quite honestly I just don't have the time to commit to supporting them anymore. I had been trying to encourage them to find a consulting service, especially in the light of this past incident, however they have been unable to find one. I was wondering if any business owners out there had any recommendations? Thanks.
