My children have been home for over an hour and never said a word. I got one of those prerecorded messages from the principal.

I asked the kids and one of them didn't even realized the door were locked...the other did, but wasn't too concerned.

The reason given was "police activity" in the area.

Same here but mine said, oh it was a man with a gun! He is in 3rd grade mind you, so not sure what the story is here.
