There have been a few cases of people creating new accounts because they couldn't get access to the old account due to no longer having access to the email address on file.

If this happens to you, we can help. Just send us an email to support ---at--- somd.com and provide the username, email address on file, and your new email and we can update your account for you. Please note that one email address may not belong to more than one user account. So, if the address you specify is already in use...
