Boy and his friend were walking back from Cooks, in the area of N. Snow Hill Manor and saw the sort of dog described in the title, mostly black fur. Said it had no collar, and looked like it had something wrong with it, it seemed to be wandering in and out of the road. Went out, but couldnt find it, but figured I would post the sighting, just in case.
