Long Island University is going to eliminate its mascot "Blackbirds", one reason is because some are saying it is racist. Will the Baltimore Ravens be next? SMH

This week, for real, LIU Brooklyn eliminated ‘Blackbirds’ as its 80-year mascot and nickname because the school determined it’s racist. Its magnificent, dignified logo — a blackbird clutching a dangling, interlocking ‘LIU’ — eradicated for a logo and mascot to be named later.

How is a freaking bird racist?

And why does anyone with a silly beef that they dreamed up while baked get appeased? The appropriate answer to these crybabies is, "Beat it, kid."
